App issues
For NFC scanning issues, make sure NFC is enabled on your device. The tube cap should be in contact with the top of your phone (where the NFC antenna is typically located).
Kit issues
If a tube is not being recognized by the app, try the other end of the tube — NFC orientation can vary. If the problem persists, email us and we'll replace the kit.
Compatible pre-rolls
Not all pre-rolls work with Blindfold — the indica and sativa versions need to come in identical-looking tubes. See our compatible pre-rolls list for verified pairs.
